I have a number of iPhoto & Flickr albums that are synced from my iPhoto library. However, I use multiple iPhoto libraries, and each time I open up my non-default library it has trouble because it tries to sync the FB albums and (of course) can’t find all the pics. How can I set a specific library to sync with FB and not other libraries?

So the FB albums show up in both libraries? I would think that the album is tied to the library you are opening. But perhaps this wasn't thought through. I'd submit a bug to Apple on it.
