Is It Possible To Clear History From a Specific Website On Safari?

The title says it all, I want to clear history etc. from a specific website using Safari. I have an iPhone, iPad and Mac laptop. Clearing history currently clears all data from all websites. Any workaround would be helpful.

Yes. You can do that pretty easily on your Mac. In Safari, go to History, Show History. Then you can look through the list and select any items you wish and delete them by simply selecting the item and pressing the delete key. Select multiple items if you want.
You can also use the Search box at the top right and enter the name of a website to find all entries with that match. Then select all (Command+a) and use the delete key.
If you are using iCloud and have Safari turned on to share bookmarks, history, etc, then this would all change the history on your other devices. Probably a short delay first. You can also swipe right to left across any single entry in your History on iOS to delete that one item.
