I’ve seen an “iTunes Server” mentioned on a few NAS devices. Can you give us the low down on what it is and what it does?

I'd image they just store music and video and then any copy of iTunes running on the same network can see that library through sharing. But I've never used one. Do you have a particular model in mind? What does the Web site for the device say -- I'm sure they've got detailed into there.
I was looking at a LaCie NAS, but they didn't have much info on the web site. I'll look again.
