I bought the Mighty Mouse (or Apple Mouse as its now called). I have the Magic Mouse, too – but it just comes unhandy when I am trying to edit something. How do I set up the 3rd Mouse Button in 10.6.4? Are there any tools? Is it possible?

Are you looking to set up the third button on the Magic Mouse or the Apple Mouse? It is unclear in your question.
For the Apple Mouse, you can do it in the System Preferences. But the Magic Mouse is a two-buttom mouse by default. But you can use some 3rd-party extensions to do all sorts of things with the Magic Mouse. See episode 353: http://macmost.com/magic-mouse-custom-gestures.html
And there are probably more software options since I made that video.
I mean for the Apple Mouse. And there is nothing in the Preferences for the "old" Mouse anymore. I can't even configure the right click . . . Or I am just too stupid to find it.
OH GOD DAMNIT! I had the Magic Mouse turned on, so the window hadn't shown me the "real" configuration . . . Yes, I AM stupid -.-
