I have just found the new screen recorder on Quicktime. I have found a solution to the audio which doesn’t record. Soundflower enables audio to add to video capture of the screen. However, it’s time consuming and has to be changed back to original settings after the record. Anybody got any other solutions.
Thought this would make an excellent video tutorial.

Instead of using QuickTime X plus Soundflower for additional functionality, why not just use a third-party screen recorder like Screenflow, Snapz Pro, Jing, or one of the many others? Then you get much much more functionality and don't have to switch settings.
