A friend has her Office Gmail account setup on her Iphone and her MAC ! She uses Apple mail and alternatively uses Gmail from the website.
But her husband has the very same Office Gmail (Same Email address and password) setup in Microsoft Outlook on his Sony Vaio.
She says that mails that her husband Sends out do not reflect in her Apple Mail or Iphone !
Any tips ?

Nothing to suggest other than to go over all of the numerous settings on each client and try different things. Perhaps her husband has his Outlook settings set so that "sent" messages are not stored on the server.
