When adding a domain in MobileMe iWeb will use that domain to set links and RSS feeds for it. When deleting that domain from MobileMe iWeb won’t get it and still publishes using that domain.
The site itself is reachable via web.me.com/username/sitename, but the RSS feeds are unuseable due to use of the domain which I don’t want to use anymore.
How do I get RSS feeds right again?

That's a tough one. My only suggestions are: try deleting the domain again, try waiting 24-48 hours and try emailing MobileMe support.
