I have a Apple 24 inch Cinema display and I have a brother that uses a pc and wants to use that monitor. i cannot find an adapter from the mini display port to a male vga/dvi/hdmi(his computer has all three). Do they exist? Can I have a link if they do?

A search on Amazon for "dvi to mini displayport" shows several:
Atlona AT-DP200 DVI to Mini DisplayPort Converter
Gefen DVI to Mini DisplayPort Converter
Etc.
Converting from Mini DisplayPort to DVI is easy, since DVI is just a subset of what Mini DisplayPort carries. But converting the other way is tough as DVI doesn't include power, audio and other things the new monitors expect to get.
mini display port is just video, the display has a power and USB audio cable too. I need a something to make a male mini display port into a male dvi or vga port. I seached and I only get the other way around, how to get a dvi connector shrunk down to a mini display port size. I need to scale up
