I recently picked up a m2 micro projector from a small company called aaxa tech. Its an amazing projector that can fit in the palm of your hand yet still produce native xga 1024×768 resolution. It also has a/v input, vga, usb, and hdmi.
I wanted to know what I would need to be able to connect the micro projector to my macbook.

Well, if you have a newer MacBook with a Mini DisplayPort connection, then you would need either the Mini DisplayPort-to-VGA adapter, or a Mini DisplayPort-to-HDMI adapter -- assuming that VGA and HDMI are the two video inputs it has.
It is an older macbook with the mini DisplayPort. Would there be any other settings I would need to change?
Settings? No, just get the correct adapter and then hook it up. See episode 342 to see how easy it is to hook up another display. http://macmost.com/using-multiple-monitors-with-your-mac.html
Appreciate the help!
Hey Gary! Thanks for all your help!!
I finally got it working and it looks pretty good. Its not gonna be considered for an Oscar or anything, but it gets the job done.
