Write files to NTFS drive

I am trying to share some large (16gb) video files with a Windows user, and I am having a terrible time finding a drive that we can share which will handle such file sizes. I have an NTFS formatted drive and MacFuse, but it won’t allow me to write to the drive or change permissions, etc. Any suggestions?

You'll need to install something to let your Mac handle native NTFS drives. I've never tried it, but if you search for "ntfs for mac" you come up with a bunch of solutions.
Alternatively, you could install something on the Windows side to let it handle Mac-formatted drives.
Or, simply transfer the large file over a network. It may take a while if they two machines are not on the same local network, though.
