Someone who is easily manipulated by others because they lack the mental capacity to know they are being used. A tool will allow public figures, advertising, or other mass media to replace or form their own opinions on any number of subjects. Tools are so used to conforming that they do not seem like they can think for themselves or think independently from what is popular.
There are guys out there that are considered complete tools and you know who those guys are. They have features to their personality, the way they present themselves and well, their wardrobe. It's all in the looks of things for a tool and how many chicks they have.
