The loot question was sooooo easy. It’s Mac OS X 10.3 Panther. How could a Mac nut NOT get that? :-)
Wait, nevermind. I thought the question was “What was after Jaguar?” The order actually goes Jaguar, Panther, Tiger, then Leopard. Even I know that Panther was before Tiger, and not Jaguar, and I’m only 12! So, the real answer to the loot question is: Mac OS X 10.1 Puma.
