Second, you can subscribe to the podcast at http://macmost.com/itunes.html and those will sync and play on your iPhone like podcasts do, even without a connection.</description>

Worth noting that, unlike Windows, files can still be in use though in the trash. As new Mac user I had (and used) Quicken data files though they were accidentally in the trash. After several months when I emptied the trash I lost everything.</description>
