New Safari 6 Clearing Cache

How can I clear cache now with new Safari. Don’t see it anymore from the pull down menu.

I guess we are getting further from the idea of the typical user needing to mess around with browser caches. The reasons people had to clear caches are going away: browsers, OSes and web sites are getting smarter.
But you can still do it. In the Safari 6 Preferences, go to Advanced. Turn on the Developer menu. Turn on Show Develop menu in menu bar.
Now you have a Develop menu that includes a Empty Caches command.

Gary by disable caches does it speed anything up in Safari?

On the contrary. It should slow you down quite a bit as everything you see will have to be fetched from the server every time. For instance, the MacMost logo is the same on every page at MacMost -- with caching turned off you will have to get that logo with every single page visit, instead of just the first time you visit one page.
Turning caching off is something a web developer would do while working on a web site and making rapid changes.

I watched one of your video`s before and you showed how to empty the Cache,so i emptied it,because i think you said it would start to fill up again. For some stupid reason i emptied it, has you described up above. I will turn it back on now.
    Thanks Gary
