These ringtones are completely free to use on your iPhone or any phone! The standard iPhone format is .m4r. Just download those and drag and drop them into iTunes. There are no preview ringtones visible here on these pages.
Subscribing to the ringtones podcast brings me to a loop of being asked to subscribe, then clicking on the arrow, which shows the ringtone podcast, which I then subscribe … etc, etc. No ringtones are listed under the arrow.
Looks like a server problem. I fixed it. You should see the previews now.
Sounds like you may not have looked in your library subscriptions in iTunes for the podcast.
