Re Video Tutorial setting up iChat on AIM.
Please slow down the rate of your speech. This should include pauses between phrases.
Example, instead of: todaywe are going totalk about setting upan iChat account onAIM.
Try this: Today we are going to talk about setting up an iChat account on AIM.
Yes, it might take a second or two longer but Hearing Impaired persons and/or Senors would find it much easier to follow and would not need repetitions.
Also, it would be nice to be able to enlarge the video
I totally agree with John. Please, Molly, slow down so that we can follow the steps. Better yet, would it be possible to obtain a printed transcript of the tutorial on “Setting Up an iChat AIM Account.”
