How Do I Insert a “Carriage Return” In a Numbers Cell?

I am pretty sure I saw you do this in a video. I can’t find the video. I wold like to have multiple lines in a cell forced by a “return”. Hoes does one do that?

    Hold the Option key down and press Return. This works in all sorts of situations where pressing Return by itself would normally advance to a next step or complete something.
