I use Safari and Firefox browsers, do I need Flash Player at this time? What should I be doing?
I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014 running 10.15.6 (19G2021), also a new iMac 2020 (have not migrated yet), and if it effects iPhone 8 Plus running iOS 13.7. I use Browsers; Safari and Firefox. I just uninstalled Chrome on the MacBook.

There's nothing you really can do except recognize where you are using Flash and maybe start finding alternatives to those web pages. That's assuming that the pages themselves aren't already offering alternatives or have plans to offer something before the end of the year.
As far as "do I need a Flash Player at this time?" That really depends on you. Are you relying on any web pages that use Flash? What do you use Flash for?
You mention the iPhone, but Safari on the iPhone never supported Flash. So you have already been without Flash there.
How to delete Adobe Flash from iMac?
Edward: Just use the official uninstaller. https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html
