I’ve just dumped Mackeeper because I don’t think it’s value for money, especially having to renew it every year. This is the list of Mackeeper software I’d like to replace with other, recommended apps; antivirus, adware cleaner, safe cleanup, duplicates finder, smart uninstaller, memory cleaner, update tracker, login items, theft guard, private connect (vpn), stopAd. Any ideas? Thanks, John

None of the above! You don't need any of those on a Mac. In fact, they all probably contribute to your Ma running slower or having problems. In some cases, they are malware themselves, showing you ads, trying to trick you into buying more software, and sharing your information.
