When I want to send an email to a group from Contacts, I right-click on the group name and select “Send an email to “group name” “. This will open a new email window and all the email addresses of the members will be in the “To” field. Is it possible to make it go to the “BCC” field instead ? With all the security problems and since everyone want privacy, I don’t want to send these emails using the “To” field… So now, I have to select all the email address (using Cmd-A) and drag & drop these addresses in the “BCC” field.

I don't think so. But you can just go to the TO field, command+a to select all, command+x to cut, then move to the BCC field and command+v to paste.
Try this: Open a new email. Then move the cursor to the BCC field. They just type in the group name that you created in contacts and that should fill in all them addresses.

Gary, your idea is actually what I do except that I drag & drop all the address after I select them instead of Cmd-X and Cmd-V.
David, I tried that many times but it doesn't work for me... I don't know if the problem comes from the name of the group or something else... that's why I use the "right click" method...

First, put your own email address in the "To" field. Then move the cursor to the "BCC" field. Then just type in the group name that you created in contacts and that should fill in all the group email addresses.
