I’m trying to order groceries online using the Giant Food Stores app. Recently I’m not able to get into the app and select my groceries. The Giant Food Stores app appears, however, my account does not load. I see white rectangles on the spaces where item’s pictures and names should appear.
I need my account to load or to be able to delete the app and start over. Neither is possible for me.

Is this an app you got in the Mac App Store?
If so, then you need to go into LaunchPad, then click and hold the app icon until you see an X button appear. Then click the X to uninstall the app.
However, if you just reinstall the app it is likely to put you into the same situation since you'd be re-installing the same app.
Sounds like that app is broken. Is there a way to log out of your account in the app and then back in? If not, or you don't see anything else you can do, then I'd contact the developer for support.
Otherwise, perhaps consider using their website instead? Don't most grocery stores have ordering on websites?

I am having exactly the same problem with Microsoft teams. I am in Microsoft teams with a particular company who I am leaving so I want my own version of Microsoft teams but I cannot get that identity erased. I have deleted but my identity is still in there and I need to get it out.
Adrian: Sounds like you don't want to delete Teams at all, just log out of one account and into another one. Check in the settings for the app for that. I don't use Teams so I can't give you. step-by-step, but I'm sure it is there. Ask Microsoft support for help if you can't figure it out.
