Are Safari Bookmark Single-Line Listings Still Possible?

With Sequoia 15.7.2 in Safari is there a way to revert the bookmarks listings to the single line name as in the previous versions of Sequoia. Not the expanded listing for each line as it became with the update 15.7.2? Also adding new bookmarks goes to the top of the file list and is not editable in bookmark edit.

The expanded Safari bookmark lists has become extremely lengthy and cumbersome to use in a timely way.

Yes. Click the More button at the top of the sidebar when viewing bookmarks (three dots) and select "Compact." At least that is how it works in macOS 26 Tahoe. I'm not sure if that is available to you back in Sequoia, but try it. If not, then once you update you'll be able to do it.
