Hi, I record a podcast and I would love to insert sound effects or clips, we do Skype recording and I would like to know how I can set it up so my co-host can hear the sound effects I play. Thank you in advance.

I don't have an answer for that one. I'd see if there is some sort of Skype extension or feature that allows for this. It might be impossible as feeding bck the result of your mixing may be delayed by a second or more and that could make it hard for the co-host to speak.
