Am I the Only One To Notice That Retouch Is Missing From the New iOS Photos App?

Am I the only one to notice that Retouch is missing from the new iOS Photos app?
Is it really gone or is there someplace else that I can find it?

    In iOS 11, yes, there is no Retouch tool. Was there in iOS 10? I don't remember there being one.

    It is in Photos for Mac, of course.

    There is even a video from Apple about how to retouch photos on the iPad, and the video uses Pixelmator, not the Photos app.
