App Store (facebook)

I have been a member of ‘App Store’ Page in ‘Facebook’, where it happened to be a post of:
Free App Offer Nike+ GPS
Click here to redeem the Free App Offer: http://facebook.appstore.com/15l
but when I click on the provided link, it does not show me ‘free’ button, instead asks me to buy it for $1.99.
I want to ask you, how can we redeem the free app offer?

    I don't know. Have you tried contacting them about it?
    Maybe that is an old offer and it was only good for a period of time.
