Autofill When Not Requested

I open Safari. In the search box at the top of the page, I type the word NAME anywhere in the box and, immediately, my name, address, phone numbers appear.

I open TextEdit. I select new document. Wherever I type the word NAME in the document all of my information, as above, appears.

Somehow the word NAME triggers this. How?

That's very odd. Did you add that as a text substitution in System Preferences, Keyboard, Text?

No, Gary. And, my contact card does not have my address and phone numbers on it. I'm stumped!

Do you have anything like TextExpander installed? TypeIt4Me? Look in System Preferences, Users & Groups, Login Items to see what is there. Also check in Safari, Preferences, Extensions to see if you have anything there.

I tried the same thing and, blow me down, Bob's details came up just as he said. What on earth's going on?
