Hi, I have Sprint Mobile Broadband for my Powerbook internet connection; streaming tv/movies uses too much of my monthly data allotment(5KB/month). Is there a way to “download” free tv shows? Thanks!!

It doesn't matter if you stream of download -- it is still using bandwidth. Either method counts against your 5GB/month. Using a capped service like that is not a good option if you want to watch long form video.
