File Sharing : Registered User Name Password Query

At the point of exactly 2:00 Minutes into your Video of File Sharing. I see this screen….http://macmost.com/simple-mac-file-sharing.html
I neeed to know what Name and Password do I need to type here. THe Name and password Of My Computer OR the Name and password of the Computer I am Connecting to, as a REGISTERED USER.

    The ID and password you need is the name and password for the user account on the computer you are connecting to.
