You don't need any of those. There is no need to "clean" your Mac. macOS does some system maintenance itself, in the background or while your Mac is sleeping. You don't need any third-party software to do anything else.
Some cleaners are "safe" to use, while others are horrible adware and worse. My advice is to avoid them all.
