The default zoom percentages go from 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, 125% (which is the default I have set), 150%, 200% 300% and 400%. I would like to create my own but can’t find a way to set them. Several years ago I managed to make one of my Numbers sheets 114% but cannot remember how I did it. Any ideas please?

You have several ways to zoom that will get you zoom amounts different than 25, 50, etc. The easiest way is to use two fingers pinch in or out using your MacBook's trackpad or a Magic Trackpad on a desktop if you have one. This is just like you would use to zoom in and out of a photo in Photos, or a web page in Safari.
You can also zoom in and out using a mouse with scrolling ability, like a Magic Mouse. For me, I was able to scroll with two fingers on the Magic Mouse, and the Option+Command keys held down.
There are also a few options listed under View, Zoom. Zoom to Selection will resize everything to fit the selected cells.
Thanks Gary! Works perfectly on my trackpad.
