How can I copy a number or total from a column or row to another column or row or page? I saw it on one your videos but cannot remember which one.

It is just the most basic formula. For instance, if you have the formula =A2+B2 in the cell C2, you get the sum of A2+B2 in there. But if you just had =A2 you would have a copy of A2 in C2. Any time the value of A2 changed, the value of C2 will match it.
