Everyday I change two settings in my Preferences, and I’m trying to find a way to make those settings on setup, something I can use a shortcut for.
For work, I use a Mac to remote in to a PC, and as a result, everyday, I go into my System Preferences and change two things. First I change the Display and make the scale larger. Then I go to Keyboard and change the modifier keys to match a PC. Is there a way to have this as one setup that I can use a shortcut for then I’d use another shortcut to go back to the regular setup?

There's no way to change it like that. But you can simply set up two separate user accounts on your Mac. Use Fast User Switching and switch to the other account where you have things set up like you want and maybe the remote app ready to go. Then switch back to your personal account after.
This is also handy because you can quickly switch back and forth while both as still active. So you don't need to log out of your remote app on the Work account when you go to check your personal email on the personal account. Things like that.
