I set up a weekly reminder on my iPhone calendar, but now I no longer want the reminder. It was seasonal. I can’t figure out how to delete the event. Also, I see there are several calendars. Where do they come from? What does (null) mean on some of them?

How Do I Delete a Recurring Event From My iPhone Calendar?

To delete an event on your iPhone, go into the Calendar app and find the event. Tap on it. You should see the details of the event, and a Delete Event button at the bottom of the screen. If this is a repeating event, you'll get the option to delete just that one, or "Delete All Future Events."
You can create new calendars as you need. On the main calendar screen you usually see a Calendars button at the bottom. You can tap that and see a list of them all. There is an Add Calendar button there too. You can also tap the "i" button for any of them to see details and scroll down to Delete the calendar. Of course that would delete all of the events in the calendar, so be careful.
Note that Calendar data is a cloud service, usually. So if you are using, say, Gmail, then it is just reflecting the calendars and events you have stored in Google. You may have created the extra calendars in the Google interface, or some other app that accesses your Google calendar.
Thanks, Gary, but I do not get a ‘delete’ option. I do on some of my events, but on some events, delete is not an option. I have a video of my screen to show you.
Jack: Is this event in a calendar that you subscribe to? That would explain why you can't delete it. You can put a screen grab to imgur.com and link to it here if you like.
