When Try to make a purchase on my phone or iPad it asks if I want to use credit cards that I no longer have. Is there a way to delete and update that cc info?

Yes. Go to the Settings app. Look for Safari on the left. Then look for the Autofill option. Tap that and you'll see Saved Credit Cards. You should see your saved card information in there. Swipe right to left across one to get a Delete button.
