We made photos we took from cruises and special vacations into “book” using the Mac application. They were not inexpensive, but they looked great and the application was flexible and easy to use. We just learned Mac had discontinued printing the books. The other two well known apps are not that easy to use, in fact we are waiting on a technician on one of them to explain when their app keeps deleting our photo.
Is there a quality app. like the Mac one to print photos?

Which have you tried?
I haven't made a book yet, but I was pleased with Mimeo when I tried them with a calendar. I posted about it at Club MacMost.
If you look on the web, there are many other web-based services you can try. Shutterfly, Snapfish, Mixbook and Blurb are names I recognize, but I've never tried them.
