How Do I Get Rid Of All Outdated Email Addresses In Mail?

I would like to delete all of the email addresses which appear when typing a name in Mails address bar. I know about the little arrow and some will show a delete command but others don’t. Is there away to delete the whole file of preexisting addresses?

In Mail, go to Window, Previous Recipients. Here you can view, search for and delete these old email addresses.
Another place that Mail gets these email addresses is your Contacts. So make sure you go through there and clear out any old ones.

Thanks for the response. It worked like a charm. I have been trying to figure this one out for some time. I really appreciate MacMost as a source of all things Mac.
