Since upgrading to High Sierra, Safari has a number of problems, so I have gone to Chrome. I have not been able to access all of my bookmarks I have established in Safari. Is there a way to move them over?

First, what problems have you been having with Safari? I haven't noticed any issues in High Sierra.
As for bringing your bookmarks to Chrome, there is a function inside of Chrome to do this. In the Chrome menu in the menu bar there is an Import Bookmarks and Settings option. You can choose Safari from there and import.
One of the problems I'm having with Safari since upgrading to High Sierra is it will not do auto forms fill. I'm still working with Apple tech support, but no solution yet.
Dick: Oh, OK. Not having that issue. I'm sure it can be fixed if something is amiss.
How do I import my Safari bookmarks on my iPad to google chrome on my iPad? There isn't a menu bar or an import bookmarks in google chrome, only a bookmark option that doesn't go to settings.
Frazier: Not sure. You probably have to do it on a Mac or PC, and then set up Chrome's equivalent to iCloud syncing. You may want to try a Chrome-oriented forum.
