How Do I Increase the System Font Size?

In Catalina, how can I increase the font size of menus, System Preferences, Finder folder names, etc. for people that can’t read small letters and need a bigger size to read better all the content. Thank you!

It sounds like you need larger sizes for everything. In that case, I would go to System Preferences, Displays, and then switching to Scaled resolution. Then try a "Larger Text" size.

If you were OK with menus being the same size, then there are ways to make other text bigger. For instance, in the Finder, you can use View, Show View Options (Command+j) to bring up controls to make the text larger in the Finder.

Of course other apps have ways too. You can use View, Zoom In or Zoom Out in Safari.
