There are lots of ways to do this. The simplest is probably to use QuickTime Player. Just open the first video in QuickTime Player. Then choose Edit, Insert Clip At End, then select the second file. Now just just File, Export As to save the new merged video as a new file.

There are a lot of other options too. You can trim each video, for instance. You can also use iMovie and create a project, bring each video into it, trim and arrange as you like, and export.
