How Do I Print Coupons From Coupon Sites?

I cannot seem to get coupons to print from coupons.com, walmart or smartsource. The sites say they cannot find my printer or just do nothing. I used to have no trouble on my HP. Is it a firewall issue?

    So the first thing to do is to narrow down the problem. Are you able to print from other apps? How about from other websites, like just an article? Printing coupons from sites should be no different than printing any web content.
