How Do I Reset the Options for Guided Access?

Is it possible to change the Options for Guided Access as per your recent ‘Short’ video? I set Guided Access up but didn’t correctly turn off all the options in line with your short tutorial. Can I reset Guided Access and start again for example so I can select the right Options for Guided Access, please?

I’d like to mirror your setup guidance. As it stands, when I triple click, some of the Options are still enabled and have to be turned off during every GA session.

To change the options for an app, go into the app and start Guided Access. Then exit Guided Access and enter your passcode. On the screen that appears you'll see an "End" button at the top. But at the bottom, you'll see Options. You can tap that and change the options for the next time you use Guided Access with that app.

Thanks Gary. I was looking to change the options globally as you showed on your demo so they’d apply to all apps without changing the sliders each time. Maybe not possible.

Charles: Each app is customizable. So, for instance you could allow swiping in the Photos app so someone can look at the photos in an album, or taps in a video app so someone can pause and resume.

Gary. How do you disable Guided Access. I triple click and magnifier comes up but no password/passcode is asked?

Dwane: Sounds like it isn't on if the option isn't appearing.

Never mind Gary. Sorry to have troubled you. I did a reset, (volume up, down and then hold power button till the apple appears) and now it works again. I did have to go back in an turn off Guided Access but at least I can access my phone now.
