How Do I See Apple Watch ‘Activity’ On My iMac or MacBook?

I love my Apple Watch Series 2 and use it when running, cycling and lap swimming. I’d love to have the Activity viewable via MacOS like Garmin and others so I can graph and generally better see activity. Is there a way to get data on my Mac?

That's a good question, but I don't have an answer for you. The data is all stored in the app on your iPhone. There's no way to view it on your Mac.
There its a way to export your data from your iPhone's Health app, though. Click on the profile icon at the top right, then click Export Health Data at the bottom of that list. Then you can save it to iCloud Drive or send it via a variety of methods.
Not sure what you can do with the resulting XML files, though. Perhaps some third-party health apps can read it? A quick search in the iOS app store turns up "QS Access" which claims to be able to export your health data in spreadsheet format.
