How Do I Stop Having To Sign In Everytime My iMac Goes To Sleep?

I am running El Capitan 10.11.4.. I have tried going into system preferences but nothing seems to work . It is very annoying.

It is in System Preferences, Security & Privacy, General. Look for "Require password X minutes after sleep or screen saver begins."
Only turn this off if your Mac is a desktop Mac that only you have physical access to. Never do this for a MacBook or a Mac in an office.
Myself, I would never switch this off even if I am the only one who has physical access. One less thing to worry about in case of a break-in.

There is a app called near lock that you put on your iPhone and your iMac so when you leave the room your Mac will lock and when you return it will unlock it works great and it's free
