How Do I Unlock Access To Passwords In Safari

Is there any way I can disable logging in with my password in Safari>Preferences>Passwords.

Many times I need to find a password, and it’s a pain to have to log in with my lengthy PW.

No, I'm afraid not. Your main user account password is one you will need to enter a lot, I'm afraid. You can probably make it as short as 10 or even 8 characters, as long as it is truly random (not words, dates, anything). And also make it different than that of your iCloud password or anything else.
