My wife has just bought a new iPad Air because her old one started giving trouble over battery charging problems .Anyway we transferred all her stuff onto her new iPad but her email and messenger would not work properly.Is it possible to clean the iPad to factory finish and start again?
We are unable to sort out messenger and emails and thought it might be better to clear everything and start again just in case we did something wrong initially.

Go into the Settings app. Select General on the left. Scroll down to Transfer or Reset iPad. At the bottom, tap Erase All Content and Settings. Continue to follow the prompts.
