i just rebooted my computer so i have to re-installed iTunes on it.But how do i have to do to redownload my songs,pics,playlists from my iPod back to computer?

Do you mean you re-install your operating system? Did you clean off the hard drive completely? If you did, then you erased your iTunes collection. The only way to get it back is from a backup or archive -- do you have one? If not, getting them from your iPod is difficult. You can't do it without getting a special piece of software as Apple doesn't allow files to go from your iPod to your Mac. You will probably have better luck getting the music back from its original source -- re-download from iTunes or whatever service you bought it from (hopefully they allow you to do this) or re-rip your CDs.
