I purchased Dojo Sudoku about 1 year ago for my iphone. i am unable to open the app due to an error downloading the sudoku(s). all else on the phone is working correctly. any help would be great.

Have you tried contacting the developer? That would be the place to start. But you can also try removing the game from your iPhone completely with the new iTunes 9 interface, syncing, and then adding it back again and synching. You can also try deleting it completely from your iPhone and iTunes. Sync and confirm that it is really gone. And then go get it again. See if that works.
