Mouse clicking on scroll bar

How do I find old newsletters? I’m looking for that tip about mouse clicking on the scroll bar and having it take you to that position in the window.

    There is no newsletter archive -- no need for one. You can find everything in its proper category on the MacMost site. For instance, all the tips are at http://macmost.com/tips
    But even better is the ability to search for things on the site. At the top of every page is a search box. If you type in your exact term "mouse clicking on the scroll bar" you'll find what I think you are looking for as the 2nd hit:
