Gary has the problem of merging Multiple apple ids for iCloud been resolved?
Not much has been found on the net regarding this except a while back that apple was considering merging them.
Also if I have one indian store Id and one US store Id, will I be able to merge both ?

We just don't know at this point. We'll have to wait to see what happens when iCloud comes out. But even then it might be later that they resolve the multiple ID issue.
