Reduce the Left Margin On Mac Mail Page?

I type a newsletter which needs print outs for some people. The left margin looks fine on screen but the print out has a large left margin about 1″ How do I reduce the margin?
The same newsletter is distributed from a group contact list. There are two new contacts which refuse to be added to this group and they default to my main, personal contact list. How can I make them be accepted into the group?

Hard for me to help as there are too many variables there. How are you creating this email message? Exactly how? A "newsletter" implies a nicely-formatted HTML email message that is usually composed and sent inside a system like Aweber, MailChimp, Constant Contact etc. But I'm guessing that you are just creating them somehow on your Mac and then emailing it directly from your personal email account to a large group of people. This can be very problematic as your ISP can easily see that as a "mass email" and block it -- or the recipients can see it that way too (servers, not the people).
As for formatting, I'm not sure what you are doing, but if you are composing an email message using a Mail app template or something then it sounds like that margin is just part of it. Maybe consider composing it in Pages so you have total control over the look of the newsletter, then exporting as PDF to send to everyone.
But I really would recommend using a pro service like Aweber if you are sending to more than a handful of people. Those services have their own templates and design capabilities.
